家庭装修材料概述
<a name="7"></a><strong>装饰材料的选择 <br/></strong>选择装饰材料需要多方面考虑，其中以下几方面不能忽略：<br/> 1． 就符合室内环境保护的要求，室内装饰材料都要用在室内，所以材料的放射性、挥发性要格外注意，以免对人体造成伤害。<br/> 2． 应符合装饰功能的要求。<br/> 3． 应符合整体设计思想。<br/> 4． 应符合经济条件。<br/><br/><a name="8"></a><strong>装饰材料的发展趋势</strong>
<br/> 1、趋向于无害化。<br/> 2、 趋向于复复合型材料。<br/> 3、 趋向于制成品与半成品。
<a name="1"></a><strong>装饰材料分类：<br/></strong>装饰材料分为两大部分：一部分为室外材料，一部分为室内材料。<br/>室内材料再分为实材、板材、片材、型 材、线材五个类型。 <br/> 实材也就是原材，主要是指原木及原木制成的规方。常用的原木有杉木、红松、榆 木、水曲柳、香樟、椴木，比较贵重的有花梨木、榉木、橡木等。在装修中所用的木方主要由杉木制成，其他木材主要用于配套家具和雕花配件。在装修预算中，实材以立方为单位。 <br/> 板材主要是把由各种木材或石膏加工成块的产品，统一规格为１２２０毫米×２４ ０毫米。常见的有防火石膏板（厚薄不一）、三夹板（３毫米厚）、五夹板（５毫米厚）、 九夹板（９毫米厚）、刨花板（厚薄不一）、复合板（２０毫米厚），然后是花色板， 有水曲柳、花梨板、白桦板、白杉王、宝丽板等，其厚度均为３毫米，还有是比较贵重 一点儿的红榉板、白榉板、橡木板、柚木板等。在装修预算中，板材以块为单位。 <br/> 片材主要是把石材及陶瓷、木材、竹材加工成块的产品。石材以大理石、花岗岩为 主，其厚度基本上为１５—２０毫米，品种繁多，花色不一。陶瓷加工的产品，也就是 我们常见的地砖及墙砖，可分为六种：一是釉面砖，面滑有光泽，花色繁多；二是耐磨 砖，也称玻璃砖，防滑无釉；三是仿大理石镜面砖，也称抛光砖，面滑有光泽；四是防 滑砖，也称通体砖，暗红色带格子；五是马赛克；六是墙面砖，基本上为白色或带浅花。 <br/> 木材加工成块的地面材料品种也很多，价格以材质而定。其材质主要为：梨木、樟 木、柞木、樱桃木、椴木、榉木、橡木、柚木等等，在装修预算中，片材以平方米为单 位。 <br/> 型材主要是钢、铝合金和塑料制品。其统一长度为4米或6米。钢材用于装修方面 主要为角钢，然后是圆条，最后是扁铁，还有扁管、方管等，适用于防盗门窗的制作和 栅栏、铁花的造型。铝材主要为扣板，宽度为100毫米，表面处理均为烤漆，颜色分 红、黄、蓝、绿、白等。铝合金材主要有两色，一为银白、一为茶色，不过现在也出现了彩色铝合金，它的主要用途为门窗料。铝合金扣板宽度为110毫米，在家庭装修中， 也有用于卫生间、厨房吊顶的。塑料扣板宽度为160、180、200毫米，花色很 多，有木纹、浅花，底色均为浅色。现在塑料开发出的装修材料有配套墙板、墙裙板、 门片、门套、窗套、角线、踢脚线等，品种齐全，在修预算中型材以根为单位。 <br/> 线材主要是指木材、石膏或金属加工而成的产品。木线种类很多，长度不一，主要 由松木、梧桐木、椴木、榉木等加工而成。其品种有：指甲线（半圆带边）、半圆线、 外角线、内角线、墙裙线、踢脚线，材质好点儿的如椴木、榉木，还有雕花线等。宽度小至10毫米（指甲线），大至120毫米（踢脚线、墙角线）。石膏线分平线、角线 两种，铸模生产，一般都有欧式花纹。平线配角花，宽度为5厘米左右，角花大小不一； 角线一般用于墙角和吊顶级差，大小不一，种类繁多。除此之外，还有不锈钢、钛金板 制成的槽条、包角线等，长度为2.4米。在装修预算中，线材以米为单位。 <br/> 接下来是墙面或顶面处理材料，它们有308涂料、888涂料、乳胶漆等。然后软包材料，各种装饰布、绒布、窗帘布、海棉等，还有各色墙纸，宽度为540毫米，每卷长度为10米，花色品种多。 <br/>再就是油漆类。油漆分为有色漆、无色漆两大类。有色漆有各色酚醛油漆、聚安酯 漆等；无色漆包括酚醛清漆、聚安酯清漆、哑光清漆等。在装修预算中，涂料、软包、 墙纸和漆类均以平方米为单位，漆类也有以桶为单位的。<br/>

<a name="2"></a><strong>家装材料分类</strong> <br/>一般家庭装饰装修材料可分为墙体材料、地面材料、装饰线、顶部材料和紧固件、连接件及胶粘剂等五大类别。<br/>一、墙体材料及其选择<br/>墙体材料常用的有乳胶漆、壁纸、墙面砖、涂料、饰面板、墙布、墙毡等。 1、壁纸。<br/>市场上壁纸以塑料壁纸为主，其最大优点是色彩、图案和质感变化无穷，远比涂料丰富。<br/>选购壁纸时，主要是挑选其图案和色彩，注意在铺贴时色彩图案的组合，做到整体风格、色彩相统一。<br/>2、涂料<br/>家庭装修常用的涂料主要有以下几类：<br/>（1）低档水溶性涂料：常见的是106和803涂料。<br/>（2）乳胶漆：<span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"><font size="3">乳胶漆是一种装饰效果优越、功能性强、施工简易的墙壁装饰材料，消费者可以根据居室装饰需要或个人喜好选色、调色，为自己的家居进行个性化涂装。可</font></span>根据个人喜爱、房间的采光、面积大小等因素来选。<br/>（3）多彩喷涂：多彩喷涂是以水包油形式分散于水中，一经喷涂可以形成多种颜色花纹，花纹典雅大方，有立体感。且该涂料耐油性、耐碱性好，可水洗。<br/>（4）膏状内墙涂料（仿瓷涂料）：仿瓷涂料优点是表面细腻，光洁如瓷，且不脱粉、无毒、无味、透气性好、价格低廉。但耐温、耐擦洗性差。<br/>饰面板<br/>内墙面饰材有各种护墙壁板、木墙裙或罩面板，所用材料有胶合板、塑料板、铝合金板、不锈钢板及镀塑板、镀锌板、搪瓷板等。 胶合板为内墙饰面板中的主要类型，按其层数可分为三合板、五合板等，按其树种可分为水曲柳、榉木、楠木、柚木等。<br/>内墙饰面板现在也正在流行自然化。<br/>墙布（墙纸）:常用的有无纺贴墙布和玻璃纤维贴墙布。<br/>墙面砖:家庭装修中，经常用陶瓷制品来修饰墙面、铺地面、装饰橱卫。陶瓷制品吸水率低，抗腐蚀，抗老化能力强。瓷砖品种花样繁多，包括釉面砖、斑釉砖、白底图案砖、通体砖等。<br/>

<strong>二、地面材料</strong><br/>地面材料一般有：实木地板、复合木地板、天然石材、人造石材地砖、纺织型产品制作的地毡、人造制品的地板（塑料）。 1 实木地板<br/>实木地板是木材经烘干，加工后形成的地面装饰材料。它具有花纹自然，脚感好，施工简便，使用安全，装饰效果好的特点。<br/>2、复合地板<br/>复合地板是以原木为原料，经过粉碎、填加粘合及防腐材料后，加工制作成为地面铺装的型材。<br/>3、实木复合地板<br/>实木复合地板是实木地板与强化地板之间的新型地材，它具有实木地板的自然文理、质感与弹性，又具有强化地板的抗变形、易清理等优点。<br/>4、地砖<br/>地砖是主要铺地材料之一，品种有通体砖、釉面砖、通体抛光砖、渗花砖、渗花抛光砖。它的特点是：质地坚实、耐热、耐磨、耐酸、耐碱、不渗水、易清洗、吸水率小、色彩图案多、装饰效果好。<br/>5、石材板材<br/>石材板材是天然岩石经过荒料开采、锯切、磨光等加工过程制成的板状装饰面材。石材板材具有构造致密，强度大的特点，具有较强的耐潮湿、耐候性。<br/>6、地毯<br/>地毯具有质感柔软厚实，富有弹性，并有很好的隔音，隔热效果。
<strong>三、装饰线板</strong><br/>装饰线板包括檐口线脚、挂镜线、踢脚板、护墙板。<br/>檐口线脚 <br/>在墙面与天花板交接部分，装饰檐口线脚具有过渡、衔接的作用。<br/>挂镜线 <br/>挂镜线除了用做挂画、挂镜杠的功能外，还有与檐口线脚相同的作用。<br/>踢脚板 <br/>安装踢脚板一者为了保护墙面，二者为了装饰的需要，它起到分隔地面和墙面的作用，使整个房间上中下层次分明，富有空间立体感。<br/>护墙板<br/>护墙板就是保护墙面，防止墙面被沾污，同时也使墙面显得更有层次，围护的氛围感也更强，客厅、餐厅宜装护墙板。<br/>

<strong>四、顶部材料<br/></strong>常用的吊顶材料有：木质三合板、纸面石膏板、装饰石膏板、塑料扣板，钻扣板和塑料有机透光板等。<br/> <br/>其作用主要用：<br/>隔热、降温。 <br/>掩饰原顶棚各种缺点。 <br/>为了取得装饰效果和烘托气氛。 <br/>卫生间里防止蒸汽侵袭顶棚、隐蔽上下水管。 <br/>1、PVC吊顶<br/>PVC吊顶是以聚氯乙烯为原料，经挤压成型组装成框架再配以玻璃而制成。它具有轻、耐磨、耐老化、隔热隔声性好、保温防潮、防虫蛀又防火等特点。主要适用于厨房、卫生间。<br/>选购PVC材料时应造设备条件好，质量有保证的厂家的产品。<br/>2、石膏板吊板<br/>石膏吊顶装饰板是我国目前家装中应用最广的一种新型吊顶装饰材料。<br/>主要功能有：<br/>防潮石膏装饰板特别适用于卫生间、厨房的吊顶装饰。 <br/>吸声石膏装饰板具有很强的防噪音功能。 <br/>复合型石膏装饰板具有保温、隔热，又有装饰作用。 <br/>纸面石膏板用途广泛，装饰作用强，适用于居室、客厅的吊顶。 <br/>3、矿棉板<br/>矿棉板作为一种新型吊顶装饰材料，具有优良的吸声性能，可控制和调整混响时间，改善室内音质，改善室内音质、降低噪音；同时具有优良的耐火性能和轻盈、美观、保温、隔热等特点。<br/>4、装饰灯具<br/>室内灯具按固定形式可分为固定形式及移动式；按安装位置可分为顶灯、壁灯、地灯、台灯等。顶部灯又可分为吸顶灯、装饰吊灯、水晶灯、射灯、麻将灯等。<br/><br/>
<a name="3"></a><strong>家装材料的选择<br/></strong>1、地面材料： 地板（实木地板占七成（主要是水曲柳、柚木、另外还有橡木、枫木等）、复合型地板）地毯（羊毛占一半多、晴纶占 1/4、其余的是全棉和真丝地毯）大理石、PVC地面砖、地砖、花岗岩。<br/>2、墙面材料： 涂料（中高档占八成以上）、墙纸、板类。<br/>3、木材：水曲柳、 榉木、柳安和柚木占七成以上，其余的是柞木、本松、白松等。<br/>4、洁具：3000元左右的合资产品占八成，高、低档各占一成。<br/>5、厨房料理台材料：大理石占七成、瓷砖和不锈钢材料各占 一成半左右。<br/>6、门窗材料：铝合金材料占五成、木料及塑钢材料各占二成半。<br/>7、厨房设备：购买现成的组合式橱柜及料理台和自制的各占一半。<br/>8、装饰线：木线条占七成多，其余的是石膏条和塑料条。<br/>9、水嘴： 注重款式和实用的各占三成、注重品牌和价位的各占两成。<br/> <a name="4"></a><strong>经济合理的选材<br/></strong>选择装饰材料需要多方面考虑，其中以下几方面不能忽略： <br/> 1． 就符合室内环境保护的要求，室内装饰材料都要用在室内，所以材料的放射性、挥发性要格外注意，以免对人体造成伤害。 <br/> 2． 应符合装饰功能的要求。大理石在家庭装修中一般用于入口玄关及客厅，客厅、卧室等公用区域选用木地板，厨房、洗手间、阳台等公用区域，可选用地砖、墙砖、通体砖材料，其优点是便于清理，卧室、儿童房选用地毯较为合适。 <br/> 3． 应符合整体设计思想。只有自己的总体思路、设想、爱好确定了，设计师才可能为你做出符合自己意愿的设计，购买材料时才能选择满意的装饰材料。 <br/> 4． 应符合经济条件。主要要考虑一次性投资能力，购买自己预算所能支付范围内的理想材料。 <br/><br/> <strong>简易型装饰选材<br/></strong> （1）室厅：铺地板或地板砖，粘贴墙壁纸。顶棚施涂料或粘贴顶面纸，做顶角线、石膏线、踢脚线，装直板塑料窗帘盒，电线埋设，装平面开关和插座。<br/> （2）浴厕：封管，改暗管，铺地砖，墙面贴瓷砖，吊顶，装脸盆，装喷沐浴设施。<br/> （3）厨房：铺地砖，墙面贴瓷砖，改暗管，装热水器，抽油烟机，保留原操作台及原灶具架。<br/> 不包括阳台装修和室内大件陈设。此种装饰大约每平米费用为200～400元。<br/><br/> <p><strong>普通型装饰选材<br/></strong> （1）室厅：铺地板或陶瓷锦砖，墙壁施涂料，装护墙板，顶棚,喷涂料设石膏板、石膏线窗帘盒，电线埋设，装平面开关、插座，装路轨管射灯架，改装双窗结构，木板门改装合成革或木板包镶门，设木条挂镜线。<br/> （2）浴厕：封管，改暗管，装毛巾架、镜台、梳妆台、铺地砖，墙面贴瓷砖，装彩色陶瓷脸仇及防潮灯、电暖炉、排风扇。<br/> （3）厨房：铺地砖，墙面贴瓷砖，改暗管，装热水器、抽油烟机、不锈钢灶具，改装操作台或装灶具柜，装壁橱及排风扇、类具，隔断柜橱。</p><p>（4）阳台：地面铺缸砖，护栏装饰，封窗。<br/></p>
